We are very thankful to have our relationship with Carlos Palacios and his family in Guatemala. They produce an amazing coffee and we are lucky to be their main green bean buyer/roaster. It truly is a win/win for all of us when we eliminate the middle men. We plan to visit them and the farm next year!

The Flamenco crew learned all about the Dominican Republic coffee growing process in the mountains on six different farms. We were blessed with great weather and good company and I’m not sure the trip could have gone much better as a whole. Here are a few pictures from our adventure.
